Canadian Gas Service relocated its headquarters to Georgetown, Ontario. The president recognized the need for a marketing plan to position the company in a new geographic market area and expand its client base.
After approving a marketing plan and budget prepared by AGL Marketing Limited (a strategic partner of Communication and Associates), CGS commissioned Communication Associates to design a new corporate identity to support its brand, and develop a new Web site with content management system, to solve an immediate problem of brand recognition.
The Communication Associates team designed a modern, effective corporate logo and began work on a new Web site within two weeks of approval of the marketing plan and budget. Within 30 days, CGS had been introduced to local business entrepreneurs and its logo distributed on business cards and collateral materials. The web site was completed within the 8 week required time line. The client is being coached in managing its own content through the site’s cms.
